My place is over at 42 Jay Mahal Extension, specifically on the 5th Main. It’s a decent area, fairly easy to reach if you are familiar with this side of the city. I’ve been working out of this space for some time now. It’s not a big corporate office with a lobby or anything like that, just a regular work spot where I handle my daily business. Usually, I get in early, settle down with some coffee, and start looking at what needs to be done for the day. The street outside is usually okay, not as crazy as the main roads, but you still get the local traffic. I prefer it this way because it’s a bit more grounded. People who come by usually know me or have heard about the place from someone else in the neighborhood. I don’t go in for fancy signs or big advertisements. The building itself is straightforward and I’ve tried to keep the inside organized in a way that makes sense for me. There are always papers to file and calls to return, so the day goes by pretty fast. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a quick chat, which is nice. It’s a very local feel here. I try to keep things simple and just do the work that is expected of me. If you are looking for the 5th Main, just keep an eye out for the number 42. It’s a practical space for someone who just wants to get things finished.
