You’ll find us right across from the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on 4th Main Road in Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a handy landmark because otherwise, people sometimes miss the turn. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now, focusing on the stuff we do here at Shadzes Fashion & Lifestyle. The office is usually a bit of a mess with fabric swatches and sketches lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it’s just a group of us trying to make things that look good and feel right. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to find the right materials. It can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, and sometimes things go wrong with the shipping or the colors aren't quite what we expected. We just deal with those things as they come. Ramamurthy Nagar is a nice place to work, it feels more like a community than just a commercial zone. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just do our work, talk to our customers, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, balancing the design side with the business side, but we enjoy it most days. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent shop.
