My name is Shabeeruddin P M and you can find me over in the Shampur area. My address is number 14, located in the Muniveerappa Layout at the 4th Cross. It’s near the Arabic College Post Office, which is how most people find the way here. This part of town has a lot of energy. There are always people walking around and kids playing nearby. My office is a small, functional space. It’s not meant to be fancy or impress anyone. I just have what I need to do my work. I’ve been part of this layout for a long time and I know many of the faces around here. Most of my day is spent dealing with local matters and talking to people who come by. It’s a very local operation. I don't use any big marketing tactics or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what I do. The 4th Cross is a narrow street, so it’s better to walk if you’re coming from the main road. I usually keep the door open so a bit of a breeze comes in. It’s a simple life and a simple business. I like the connection to the neighborhood. There’s no corporate hierarchy here, just me and the people I help. Every day is a bit different depending on who stops by. It’s a good way to stay busy and contribute to the area.
