Shabari Travel Lines

Shabari Travel Lines is based over at 47/3 Kurubarahalli Road, right in the Anand Park area. Our office is situated directly opposite the Canara School in the Pipeline section of the neighborhood. Because we are right across from a school, things get very crowded and loud during the morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times. We mostly deal with bus bookings and helping people figure out their travel routes. It’s a small office with maps and schedules pinned to the walls, and the phone rings pretty often with people asking about seat availability or ticket prices. We’ve been in this part of Kurubarahalli for quite some time, so we know most of the regular travelers who pass through here. The work is mostly about keeping track of timings and making sure people get their tickets on time. It is not a very large space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to sit while they wait. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to do things the old-fashioned way, but we usually manage to get it sorted. We don't have a big fleet of cars or anything, we just focus on the booking side of things. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy from morning until late evening when the last of the travelers finish their business. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and we like being part of the local community here.
