Sha Gift & Home Appliances

If you walk down 1st Main Road in Yeshwantpur, you will find us right there at 44/2. Sha Gift & Home Appliances has been sitting in this spot for a good while now. It’s a mix of all sorts of things because people in this area need practical stuff. On one side, we have mixers and cookers stacked up in their boxes, and on the other, there are gift items for when someone gets married or moves into a new house. The street outside is usually noisy with trucks and people rushing to the station, so it’s never really quiet here. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and making sure the displays don't fall over. Sometimes the delivery guys leave stuff on the sidewalk and we have to drag it inside quickly. We aren't trying to be fancy or look like those big showrooms in the city center. It’s just a shop where you can pick up a ceiling fan and maybe a nice vase at the same time. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we want people to see what they are buying properly. Usually, the morning is slow, but by evening, when people are heading home, it gets quite busy. We talk to everyone, mostly about the weather or how the traffic is getting worse. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us here. We keep the place open until late most nights.
