We are tucked away in the Sunvaasthu Residencies building. Sgp Innovaations Private Limited occupies floor 203, which is on the 3rd Cross near Raj Kumar Park. Being near the park is actually pretty nice because you can walk over there during a break to clear your head. The area in Kullappa is usually bustling with people going about their business. Our office space at 28/1 is pretty compact. We have everything we need, though. There are wires running along the baseboards and stacks of paper that we probably should file away better. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, talking through ideas, and figuring out the technical stuff. The light comes in through the windows in the morning, which helps keep the mood up. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and some instant coffee packets. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we collaborate. Bangalore can be a hectic place, but inside our four walls, we have our own rhythm. We don’t bother with fancy titles or dress codes. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. It’s about getting the coding and the planning done right. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it feels like a second home to the crew now.
