Seven Nine Property

You'll find us on the first floor of building number six in Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a quiet spot once you get inside. We started this property business a few years back after working in different sectors. Now, we mostly help people find flats or houses to rent in this part of the city. The office is quite small, just a couple of desks and a small area for guests. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and checking out new listings to make sure they are decent. Ramamurthy Nagar is a growing place, so there’s always something new being built. I usually take the calls and my partner goes out for the site inspections. We try to keep a clear list of what’s available so we don’t waste anyone’s time. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we still rely on our notebooks for a lot of the details. It feels more reliable that way. We aren't a big corporation with many branches, just this one office here. Most of our day is spent coordinating between landlords and tenants. It’s a lot of talking and walking around. We don't use fancy brochures or anything. People just come in, we tell them what we have, and we go from there. It's just how we run things day in and day out.
