My name is Seshagiri Rao C N and I have been at 464/4 vishveshwaraiah Puram for a while now. Most people around here just know the building. It is a busy spot. I handle things myself mostly. If you walk down the street you can't miss it. It is not a big office or anything like that, just a regular place where I get my work done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic but it's home for the business. I started this a long time ago. People ask why I stay here but the neighborhood is good. I know the neighbors and the shops nearby. It's just a simple setup really. I don't see the point in moving to a fancy place when this works fine for me and the people who come by. There's always something to do, whether it's paperwork or meeting someone who dropped in. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy. That's just how it goes when you're busy. I have lived in this area for years so I know the shortcuts. If you are looking for the place, it is right there on the main stretch. Not much else to say except I'm here most days from morning until evening. It is a solid routine that I have followed for years and I do not see it changing anytime soon.
