Service Coordinator

We are located at No.70 on the 10th Cross in Cholurpalaya. It's right near the Ganesha Temple Street, so you can't really miss it if you know the area. We act as service coordinators, which basically means we spend all day on the phone or sending messages to make sure people get what they need. Whether it's fixing something or getting a person to the right place, we're the ones in the middle trying to make it happen. Our office is just a front room with a couple of chairs and a lot of notebooks. We don't use fancy software; we mostly rely on our own notes and knowing who to call. The street outside can get really crowded during temple festivals, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It’s a very local feel here in Bangalore - 560 023. We’ve been doing this for several years, starting out just helping a few local businesses and then growing a bit as more people asked for help. We don't have a big sign or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who just know us or walk in off the street. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes when three things go wrong at once, but we just take it one step at a time and try to be helpful.
