If you are driving down Airport Road in Bangalore, you will probably see Carlton Towers. We are located right there at Number 1. The name of the business is just Server, which is simple enough, though some people find it a bit funny. Being in such a well-known spot like the TGI Friday’s building means we never have to give people long directions. Everyone knows the landmark. Bangalore traffic is usually a mess outside, so we are lucky to be in a place that is easy to point out on a map. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any of that modern tech-office stuff like bean bags or ping-pong tables. It’s just a bunch of us working on the daily tasks. The 560008 area is always buzzing with energy. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break and see all the people coming and going from the restaurant. It’s a loud, lively part of the city. We have been here for some time now and we have seen the road change quite a bit. The building itself has its own history, and being part of Carlton Towers feels very grounded. We just focus on our own things and try not to get distracted by the busy city life right outside the windows. It’s a solid place to be for a company like Server, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time without any fancy corporate talk or complicated rules.
