Serenaspa Pvt Ltd is based out of Pollachi, which is a part of the Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu. We are specifically located in Puliampatty, over at Ohm Sakthi Nagar. Mr. S. Shanmugam is the person here. Even though our name mentions the Maldives, a lot of the back-end stuff happens right here in South India. It is a quiet place to work. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular building where we handle the books and the phone calls. Some days it gets very hot outside, so we stay in with the fans on high. We have been around for a while now. The address is a bit long, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. We have a small team. Everyone knows each other. We spend our time making sure everything is running okay with the spa business overseas. It is a lot of coordination. We use simple tools and try to keep things organized. There isn't any big mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning and do the work that needs doing. It is a practical way to run a business. We like the local area and the people here are friendly. That's about it for us.
