Our office is situated at number 30 on the 1st Cross, right off the 3rd Main in Bangalore. It is a standard workplace setting where we handle a lot of the back-end operations and service tasks that keep things moving for our clients. The neighborhood in Karnataka is a mix of residential houses and other small offices, so it’s not too overwhelming, though the 3rd Main can get pretty congested during the morning commute. We have been at this location for a while now, and the daily routine is mostly about managing the staff and keeping up with the schedules. We have a lot of computers running and people on headsets or doing data work throughout the day. It’s a practical environment; we don’t have any luxury decor or anything like that. We just have our desks, the water cooler, and the break room where everyone hangs out for a few minutes to escape the screens. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working in Bangalore. We see the same tea sellers and delivery folks every day on the 1st Cross. It’s a very normal, middle-of-the-road office life where we just try to stay on top of the work and get things finished before it’s time to head home in the evening. There is usually a bit of a breeze from the window if it's open. It is a lot of desk work and phone calls most days.
