Senior Site Engineer

We are set up at 1st Cross, 1st Main in the Guravareddy Layout area of Dooravani Nagar, Bangalore. As a senior site engineer, this location serves as the main hub for everything we do. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, with a mix of houses and small businesses all around us. The building is straightforward and doesn’t stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just a workspace meant for planning and checking on site progress. There are stacks of site reports and rolls of yellowed paper everywhere. It’s definitely not a polished environment. The floor is a bit scuffed and the lighting is just those regular tube lights you see everywhere. We spend most of the morning getting things ready before heading out to various sites, and then we come back here in the evening to finish the paperwork. The street outside can get pretty cramped with parked scooters and delivery vans, which is just how Dooravani Nagar is. It’s a busy, functional spot. We don’t have a big team or a fancy logo on the wall. It’s just us doing the job of a site engineer. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone on the phone or hunched over a drawing. It’s a bit messy, but that is what a real working office looks like when people are actually busy. We like the local feel of the layout and the way the neighborhood works.
