Selvamani V

We've been here at Maruthi Nivas for a while now. It is on the first floor, right in the C V Raman Nagar area of Nagavarapalya. If you walk up the stairs at 337, you will find us there. It's a busy spot but we like the neighborhood quite a bit. Usually, things start early in the morning. Someone is always checking the gate or moving things around. The building itself is older, but it works for what we do every day. Most days are just spent handling the usual tasks that come through the door. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People mostly find us by the address or just by knowing someone who's been here before. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic sometimes, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We keep the office simple. There are a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back. It isn't anything fancy, just a place where work gets done. Most of the people around here know us by name. Selvamani is usually around if you need to ask a question or check on something. We just try to get through the list of things to do before the sun goes down. It's just a regular local spot.
