Selvam Hardware & Paints

Selvam Hardware & Paints is located in the Narayanappa Building along the Canal Road. We are in a spot that covers Vivek Nagar and the Palanpur Patiya area. Our shop is full of paint cans and hardware supplies stacked high. You can usually smell the paint as soon as you walk through the door. We have all sorts of colors and we can mix them up for you if you have a specific project in mind. The shelves are packed with brushes, rollers, and different kinds of tools. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than a few people in here. We spend our days helping neighbors figure out what kind of pipe fitting they need or which paint will last longest on their walls. We don't have any fancy displays. It is just a practical shop for people who are actually doing work. Some of the labels on the tins are a bit faded from the sun coming through the front. We have been in this building for quite some time now. Most of the local contractors know us and stop by early in the morning. We talk about the weather and the latest building projects in the area. It is a noisy, busy place but we like the energy of it. We just try to keep the right stuff in stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. We are right there at T P 9 near the canal.
