Selecture

Selecture is located at 116 on 3rd Main. We are on Evergreen Street, which is in the Doorvaninagar area, specifically post Bangalore-16. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it is a nice area to work in. The office is a simple one-story setup with several desks and a lot of files. We focus on recruiting and helping people find their way in their careers. There are always people coming in for interviews or to drop off their resumes. It can be a little noisy when several people are on the phone at once. We do not have a fancy waiting room with magazines. People just sit on the chairs we have available. Evergreen Street is mostly residential, so it feels quite peaceful outside our door. We have been here for a good while, and we like the local community. The office is not very modern, but it has everything we need to do our jobs. We do not have a big budget for decorations, so it is just plain walls and functional furniture. We are a small group of people who know the local job market well. We do not use any big corporate language. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them out. It is a straightforward business and we are happy to be in Doorvaninagar.
