Selco Solar Light Private Limited

Selco Solar Light Private Limited is tucked away in J.P. Nagar, specifically over at 742, 15th Cross in the 6th Phase. It is a pretty busy part of Bangalore, so there is always some noise from the street coming into the office. We spend most of our time here dealing with solar energy stuff, mostly solar lights and power systems for people who really need them. It isn’t a very big operation, just a small team of us trying to make sure the equipment works right before it goes out. Sometimes we are out in the field for days, and the office stays quiet, but other times it’s a mess of wires and panels everywhere. We started this because there was a clear need for power in places where the grid doesn’t reach, and we just kept going with it. You might find us sitting around a table drinking tea and debating about battery types or how to fix a broken inverter. We don’t have fancy receptionists or shiny lobbies; it’s just a workspace with a lot of tools and parts. People in the neighborhood know us as the solar folks. We have been in this spot for years and have seen the area change quite a bit around us. It’s a good place to work, even if the traffic on 15th Cross makes us late some mornings. We just try to do the work properly and stay busy.
