You can find us at No.62 on the second floor of the building on Ahmed Road. We are right opposite that big four-story garage near SRK Garden in Tilaknagar. Being on the second floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down the stairs every single day. It’s a bit of a workout, but it keeps us moving. The space isn’t very large, so we have to stay organized with our ingredients and equipment. Tilaknagar is a lively area, and there is always something going on in the street below our windows. We can hear the noise from the garage across the way all afternoon. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of knives on cutting boards and the hum of the fridge. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and see us working. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. Usually, we are busy sorting through bags of lentils or checking the vegetable delivery that comes in early. It’s a straightforward way of life here. We don’t spend time on decorations or making things look corporate. We just need enough room to prepare the food and keep things clean. Most of the day is spent checking timers and making sure the packing is done right before it goes down to the street. It’s just how we do things in this building.
