Even though the name says Sdc Technologies, Bangalore, our actual location is over in Chennai. We are at Plot No.20 in Secretariat Colony, which is in Okkiyam Thoraipakkam. The zip code is Chennai-97. It’s a bit of a funny thing with the name and the address, but that’s just how it ended up. We work out of this plot and it’s a standard tech office setup. No fancy glass walls or expensive coffee machines, just a bunch of desks and people working on their projects. Thoraipakkam is a busy area these days with all the development along the IT corridor. We see the city changing around us all the time. Our office is a place where we just get down to business. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We have our regulars and the people we work with, and that’s enough for us. The Secretariat Colony is a decent neighborhood to be in. Sometimes the Chennai humidity gets to us, but we have the AC units humming along. It’s an honest workspace. We don’t really care about the corporate ladder; we just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. It's a simple, local operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the code and the tech work finished as best we can.
