Scuarex Technologies Private Limited operates out of Villa No 03 in Ajmera Villows. We are located on Niladri Main Road, right in the heart of Electronic City. It’s a different kind of setting compared to the usual office blocks. Being in a villa gives us a bit more space and a garden area where we can sit for a few minutes when we need a break. The Bangalore 560100 area is always buzzing with tech workers, but our little corner feels a bit more secluded. We’ve got our computers set up in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a walk to the main gates, so we usually bring our lunch from home or order something in. The weather in Electronic City can be quite nice in the evenings. We often find ourselves talking about work while sitting on the porch. There are no polished speeches or fancy mission statements here. We just have a list of things to get done and we try our best to get through them. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other without looking at a screen. We have a mix of younger staff and a few older heads who keep things steady. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just take it one day at a time without too much fuss.
