Our place is in Koramangala, over in the 6th Block area. We are on the 5th Cross, right behind Bethany High School. Being near a school means it gets very loud in the afternoons when the kids are leaving, but the rest of the time it’s a decent place to work. We focus on systems and technical stuff, so there’s always a lot of wires and hardware lying around the tables. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We’ve been in this building for a few years and it feels like home now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy with the work to worry about that. Most of us drink way too much coffee throughout the shift. We sit at our desks and figure out technical problems, sometimes for hours at a time. It’s practical work. We don't do much marketing or anything, people usually just find us because they need something fixed or set up. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. Bangalore is getting crowded, but this part of Koramangala still feels like a community. We just try to get the jobs done and go home. We don't really have time for anything fancy, just the work in front of us.
