We are located at number 75 in the Muneshwara Block of Mahalaxmi Layout. It’s a familiar part of Bangalore for us. Most people just call us Scb. We’re a bank branch, so it’s a lot of counting cash and checking ID cards. The 560026 area is pretty residential, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a smallish space, nothing too grand. We have our counters and some chairs for people to wait in. The fan usually hums in the background while we process papers. It’s the kind of place where we know how some of our regulars like their paperwork done. We aren't those high-rise bankers; we’re just the local staff here in the layout. Bangalore is growing so fast, but this corner feels a bit more settled. We deal with deposits, withdrawals, and the usual bank stuff. Sometimes the lines get long on Mondays, but we work through them. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The Mahalaxmi Layout is a nice spot to work in. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just desks, computers, and the vault. We try to keep things moving so people can get back to their day. It’s just a neighborhood bank doing what banks do, without making a big fuss about it. We just open the doors and get to work until it's time to go home.
