We’ve been here at 9 New Bel Road for a good while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right above the Shanti Sagar Hotel. If you’ve ever stopped there for a quick coffee or breakfast, you probably looked up and saw our sign. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where we get things done. I started this under my name, Savio Thomas, and mostly it’s just me and a couple of others handling the daily work that comes through the door. The area around here stays pretty busy throughout the day. Parking is sometimes a bit of a headache, especially during the lunch rush at the hotel downstairs, but people manage. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, papers, and computers. I like being in this part of town because everything is close by. You get used to the noise from the street after a while. Sometimes the smell of sambar from downstairs drifts up here around noon, which makes it hard to focus on work when you’re hungry. We just try to keep things moving and help whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward setup. No big corporate meetings or long presentations here. We just handle the business, talk to the folks who drop by, and close up when the day is finished. It’s been working out okay for us so far, and we plan to stay right here above the hotel for years to come.
