Saudia Arabian Airlines - Catering

Our place is over in Ramanagaram, at Door 3848. It’s listed as Syed Anees Ahmed C/O Farhath Unissa, which is basically where we handle all our catering stuff. Ramanagaram is a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from, but we’ve gotten used to the drive. The building is a regular spot, nothing that would stand out if you were just driving past it. Inside, it’s mostly just us getting things ready. Catering is a lot of work that people don’t really see. It’s a lot of early mornings and making sure everything is packed up right. We don't really have a big team, just a handful of us who know what needs to be done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot to get through, but we manage. The area around Door 3848 is mostly residential, so it’s fairly calm. We have our routine down now. We check the supplies, organize the lists, and get moving. It’s not the kind of job where you sit around much. There’s always something that needs cleaning or moving. Ramanagaram has its own charm, I suppose, even if it’s just a place of work for us. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a practical location for what we do, even if it’s not right in the middle of a big business hub. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
