Satinteam Technology

We’re over at 55, 2nd Cross in Adarshnagar. Satinteam Technology has been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. It’s a simple place to work from. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a plain door at number 55. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of computer monitors. We do a lot of technology work here, which mostly means sitting down for long hours. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, especially when all the machines are running, so we keep the windows open when we can. Adarshnagar is a nice enough neighborhood. It’s not as crazy as the city center, which we appreciate. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just see what needs to be finished and we get to it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to chat or get some more tea. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the actual tasks. The office is a bit crowded with all our gear, but we’re used to it. We know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of setup. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We just like to get our work done and keep things moving along.
