We are located on the 1st floor at 12 Malleshwaram, right on Mysore Road. If you know the area, you know how busy the traffic gets out there. Sathya Sudha Computers Pvt Ltd has been around for a bit, and we mostly spend our time dealing with laptop repairs and desktop setups. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we often end up helping people carry their heavy PC towers up. Inside, the place is usually full of wires and spare parts scattered across the workbenches. It isn’t the neatest office you’ve ever seen, but we are good at finding what we need. We get a lot of students and office workers from around Malleshwaram coming in because their machines started making a weird noise or stopped turning on. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we actually do the fixing. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive by courier, which can be annoying for the customers, but we try to be honest about the timing. Mysore Road is always loud, so there’s a constant hum of buses and horns in the background while we work. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It’s a simple business, really.
