My name is Sathya Narayana B S. I operate out of 2 Chamrajpet, specifically near the 40th Cross. The address says 4th Block and Jayanagar 9th Block, which can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. It’s a bit of a maze of streets and crosses. I’ve spent most of my life in this part of town. The office is small and tucked away. I have an old wooden desk and a few chairs for whoever stops by. Most days, it’s just me and the sounds of the neighborhood. Jayanagar is a nice place, very green with lots of trees, though some of them have been cut down for the new buildings. I like the walk to work in the morning. It gives me time to think. I don’t use any fancy equipment. Just my ledger and some pens. People know me in the area, so I don’t need to advertise. Word of mouth is how most people find their way to my door. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little bit, but it clears up fast. I’ve seen kids grow up and move away from this block. It’s a steady kind of life. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. This spot at 40th Cross is where I belong. I keep the shutters up until late evening, then I head home to have dinner with my family and rest for the next day.
