If you go past the RBI water tank in Banashankari 3rd Stage, you’ll see our place at number 17 on the first floor. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. We do various tech-related work here, mostly focusing on systems and support. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. We get a mix of people coming in, some who need their office network looked at and others who are just looking for advice on what hardware to buy. We aren't salesmen, so we just tell them what we think works best based on what we’ve used ourselves. It’s a fairly relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, it's just someone bringing in a problem and us trying to find a fix for it. Sometimes we’re out at client sites for the whole day, so the office stays quiet. We’ve learned that being honest about what can be fixed and what’s a waste of money is the best way to run things. It keeps people coming back when they have another issue. We like being part of the local community here in Banashankari. It’s a good spot to be, and we plan on staying put for a long time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
