Sarvodaya Hospital

We are located inside Raheja Apartments on Magadi Main Road in Bangalore. Specifically, we are in Flat No 107 of the A-Block. It’s a bit unusual for a hospital to be inside a residential apartment complex, but that is how we are set up here. The main road outside is almost always blocked with traffic, especially in the mornings. You can hear the horns honking all day long. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as possible. We have rooms set up for patients and some basic medical equipment. It’s a small operation, so everyone knows everyone else. The walls are painted a light color that’s supposed to be calming, though some patches need a bit of a touch-up. We spend a lot of time checking charts and talking to families who come in. Because we are in an apartment, it feels a bit more personal than those giant hospitals with thousands of beds. We don’t have a big cafeteria, just a small space where staff can eat their lunch. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs since we are on the first floor anyway. It’s a practical setup for the neighborhood. People from the nearby blocks often come to us because we are right here. We don't have a big marketing team. We just open the doors every day and see who needs help. It's a busy life on Magadi Road.
