Sarayu Softech Pvt Ltd started out in a pretty simple way here in Bangalore. We’re located at the place belonging to Mr. Rathnam M’s son. It’s tucked away in the 560 008 area of Karnataka. It’s not your typical high-rise office setup you see in the big tech parks. We have a more personal feel here. Some days it’s just the hum of the computers and the sound of someone typing away in the corner. We deal with all sorts of software tasks, mostly fixing things that don't want to work right on the first try. The neighborhood is okay, pretty much what you expect from this part of the city. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy furniture. Instead, we have some comfortable chairs because we’re sitting in them all day. Sometimes Rathnam stops by or we see the family around, which makes it feel less like a cold workplace. We’ve had to learn a lot on the fly since we first opened up. There’s always some new technology to figure out or a deadline that’s creeping up way too fast. We keep the fans going in the summer and just try to stay focused. It’s a small operation, but we manage to stay busy enough throughout the year. We don't really do much talking about ourselves, we just get on with the work and try to finish before it gets too dark outside.
