We are located at 7 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, tucked inside the Devnandan Shopping Complex. It's on the 1st cross in Sunrise colony. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if you don't know the area well, but once you see the complex, we are right there. The office isn't very big. It has a few desks and chairs where we sit most of the day talking to people about where they want to go. Sapthagiri Tours & Travels has been around for some time now. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is frustrating when we are in a hurry. The morning starts early here because people always want to leave for their trips before the traffic gets too heavy. We see a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just drop by to ask a quick question. Outside, there is always some noise from the street. The 1st cross gets busy around noon. We keep some old maps and a calendar on the wall. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Usually, one of us is here from morning until late evening. We handle the bookings and try to keep everything organized, though the paperwork piles up on the corner desk sometimes. There’s a tea shop nearby where we get our drinks. It’s just a normal day-to-day business operation here in Tagore Nagar, doing what needs to be done.
