Sapthagiri Infotech

Sapthagiri Infotech is on the 1st floor of 175 Mahalakshmi Layout, right on 12th Cross. It is a small office, mostly filled with computers and cables. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to fix various technical problems that people bring to us. Mahalakshmi Layout is a nice residential area, so it is usually a bit quieter than the main roads. We have been here for a bit now. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs since we are on the first floor. There is usually a pile of old keyboards or monitors in the corner that we need to sort through. It is not a corporate setup with cubicles; it is just a couple of desks and some chairs. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, just like everyone else. We help people with their software or when their hardware stops working. It is just a regular IT shop. We do not have any big signs, just our name on the door. Most of our customers are from around the neighborhood or students who live nearby. We take things as they come. If a computer is broken, we look at it. There is no complicated process. We talk to people in plain English, not using too much technical jargon if we can help it. It is a steady life here on 12th Cross, just keeping the tech running for the locals and making sure people can get back to their work.
