We are tucked away at Christcottage on Tannisandramain Road, near the Arabic College post in Rachnahalli. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a decent spot. Sapient Corporation .Pvt.Ltd. has been in this building for a while now. It doesn't look like your typical tech office from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people focused on their screens. We do a lot of coding and project work. It’s quiet for the most part, except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional meeting. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym like those huge companies in the tech parks. We just have a small kitchen where we make tea. Tannisandramain Road can get really crowded in the evenings, so most of us try to leave before the worst of it. We aren't big on corporate titles or fancy ceremonies. We just have tasks to do and we try to get them finished on time. Sometimes the software has bugs that take all night to fix, and other times things go perfectly. We’ve grown used to the quirks of this building, like the way the light hits the desks in the afternoon. It’s just a regular place where we come to work every day. No big mystery to it. We focus on the stuff in front of us and try to keep things simple and functional for everyone.
