Our office is at 94 Whitefield Hill Road. It's a decent spot, though the parking outside can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. We’ve been here for a while, handling the local property stuff. It’s mostly just a few of us working together. We don’t have a big corporate setup even though the name sounds a bit formal on the letterhead. We spend most of our time dealing with the apartments around this part of Whitefield. There’s always someone looking to move closer to their office or someone wanting to sell their old place to move elsewhere. We keep a lot of records on the properties around the hill road. Sometimes we have to go out and take photos of rooms or measure the balconies because the old plans are missing or wrong. It’s a lot of manual work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency; we just want to get through the day's tasks without too many issues or complaints. People come in with all sorts of questions about taxes or maintenance fees, and we help them figure it out. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking if that one flat they saw on a sign is still available. It usually isn't, things move fast here. We just keep at it, one day at a time, looking at houses and talking to owners.
