We have been based in Bommasandra for a good while now, specifically at 261/C right near the Dariapur Char Rasta. It’s a pretty loud and busy corner of the world, but it suits us just fine. Most days here at Sansera Engineering Pvt Ltd are filled with the constant hum of machines and the smell of metal being worked. We aren't a corporate office with fancy glass walls or a lounge for guests. It’s more of a place where you’ll find oil stains on the floor and stacks of blueprints on every flat surface. Our team is mostly made up of people from around the neighborhood who have been doing this work for years. They know how to handle the equipment without needing to look at a manual. We focus on engineering parts, mainly stuff that goes into bigger engines or machinery. It’s dusty and sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or making things look pretty for a catalog. We just care about making sure the dimensions are right before anything leaves the building. The tea guy comes by around four, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. It’s a basic operation where we just put in the hours and try to get the orders out on time. We like being part of the industrial landscape here.
