We are based in Bangalore, which as everyone knows, is pretty much the hub for everything tech these days. Our office isn't in one of those massive glass buildings you see in the photos; it's just a regular space where we sit with our laptops. Most days involve a lot of typing and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once, and the coffee machine is probably the most used piece of equipment we own. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just show up in jeans and get to it. Traffic in Bangalore is a nightmare, so half our conversations start with how long it took someone to get to work. We’ve been at this for some time now, just writing code and managing systems. It's hard work and the hours can get long, especially when there's a deadline looming. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just build stuff and try to make sure it stays running. Sometimes it’s frustrating and sometimes it’s satisfying when a problem finally gets solved. It’s just a bunch of regular people who happen to know a lot about technology working together in a city that never seems to stop growing. We just take it day by day and hope the servers don't crash.
