The 1st Ward has its own rhythm, with families living nearby and small shops lining the paths. Working here feels very connected to the town of Hospet. We don't have a corporate office feel at all; it’s more like being part of the neighborhood. The heat can be quite something in this part of Karnataka, so we do what we can to stay cool during the afternoons. There isn't any fancy mission statement hanging on the wall.
