We are tucked away on the 1st floor of a building on D Street in J.J.R Nagar. It’s near where Rahim Sharief is, at 4th Cross. Sanlink Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is what we are called, and we spend most of our time looking at maps and booking things for people. The office is a bit small, and we have papers and travel brochures piled up on the desks quite often. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. J.J.R Nagar is a lively area, and there is always something going on outside our window. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this same spot for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here, even if we are a private limited company. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but that’s just how the travel business goes. We try to be helpful and give people the right information without making it sound too complicated. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore, just a reliable one that people can come to when they want to go somewhere new. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, but we enjoy the challenge of getting things right for those who walk through our door and ask for help with their trips.
