We are based at 2619 in Rajajinagar 2nd Block. It’s a small office that we’ve had for quite a long time now. We mainly help people with travel arrangements, whether they need a car for a day or a full trip planned out. It’s a family-run business. My uncle started it with just one car, and eventually, we grew a bit and moved into this office. It’s not very big, just some chairs for customers and a few computers where we check the bookings. We have a bunch of drivers we work with regularly. Most of them have been with us for years. We know the city and the surrounding areas really well. If someone wants to go to a temple or a hill station, we can usually tell them the best time to leave to avoid the worst traffic. Sometimes things go wrong, like a car breaking down or a hotel booking getting messed up. When that happens, we stay on the phone until it’s sorted out. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big website. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have used us before. We like the personal touch of talking to people face to face. Rajajinagar is a great place to be because it’s a nice community. We just try to provide a decent service without any fuss. It’s a simple way to make a living and we enjoy it.
