Sankalpa

Our office is on the 2nd floor of a building in the Ngef Layout, over in Sanjay Nagar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. The space is number 33. It is a pretty simple setup inside. We don’t really have much in the way of decor or fancy furniture. Sankalpa is mostly about the work that is sitting on the desks. We have a lot of paperwork and old files stacked up in the cabinets. Sanjay Nagar is a busy area, so there is always some noise coming up from the street. We have some old ceiling fans that rattle a bit when they are turned on high. It is just an everyday office for us. We don't really have a big staff. It is more of a close-knit group of people. We usually take our breaks together. Most of the time, we are just focusing on whatever project is currently at hand. We don’t really go in for long, fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks to each other. The windows look out onto some of the trees in the layout, which is nice when it isn't too hot outside. We have a small water cooler and a stack of plastic chairs for anyone who visits. It is a very functional environment. No one wears suits in this office. We are usually in jeans and just trying to get through the daily to-do list.
