Sanjeevini Physiotherapy Centre

You can find our physiotherapy centre in the Sneha Complex over in P and T Colony. We are on the 3rd Main road of Sanjay Nagar, 1st Stage. It’s quite easy to find us because we are right opposite the Vijaya Bank. We’ve been here for a good bit of time, helping people get their movement back after injuries or surgeries. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for the tables and the equipment we use for exercises and treatments. People come to us for all sorts of things, like frozen shoulders, back pain, or maybe a knee that won’t bend right after an accident. It’s a lot of manual work and guiding people through their stretches. We see a lot of elderly folks from the neighborhood who are trying to stay active, as well as younger people who hurt themselves playing sports. The atmosphere in the centre is usually pretty quiet, except for the sound of the fans and the occasional chat between a patient and the therapist. We don't use any fancy talk here; we just show you what movements to do and help you do them. Sanjay Nagar is a nice area, and being in Sneha Complex makes us very accessible for the locals. We just focus on the physical side of healing, helping people move a bit better than they did when they walked in.
