Sanjeev Mokashi Architects

At Sanjeev Mokashi Architects, we operate out of a space at 1837, which is located on the 4th Main Road, 6th A Cross in HAL 3rd Stage. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you get here, it’s a pretty easy place to be. We have been here for a good amount of time, and the building has become like a second home to us. Our desks are usually covered in scales, rulers, and scraps of tracing paper. HAL 3rd Stage is a decent area with a lot of different types of buildings, which is interesting for us to look at while we walk to get lunch. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of drawing. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how the actual construction is going, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s a lot of boring stuff like checking codes and making sure we have the right permits, but someone has to do it. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Being at 1837 on the 4th Main Road gives us enough room to spread out our big maps and plans without bumping into each other too much. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for people who need things built.
