Sanjay Developer

We are based out of a small office in Jayanagar 5th Block, right on 9th A Main Road. Sanjay Developer has been doing work around Bangalore for some time. We focus on putting up buildings that people can actually live in without everything falling apart in a year. It’s not easy running a construction business in a city like this where everything is changing so fast. We spend a lot of time at the sites, checking on materials and making sure the guys are actually doing what they’re supposed to. Being in Jayanagar is nice because it’s a central spot for us to reach different projects across the city. We don't have a giant corporate floor or anything like that. It’s just us working through the blueprints and dealing with the local permits which can be a real headache. Construction is a messy business, full of dust and delays. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier being late or the rain stopping work, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s honest work, though. Seeing a building finally finished after months of digging in the dirt feels good. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. If you walk by our place at No 23, you’ll probably see us buried in paperwork or talking to contractors on the phone. That’s just how it is for us every single day.
