Our office is located at No.79, Gawthamana Aramane, which is in Samethanahalli near Hoskote. It’s a bit outside the main city center of Bangalore, in a place called Naganayakanakole. It can be a long drive if you are coming from the middle of town, but we like it here because it is a bit more open. The building is simple and doesn’t have any of the flashy signs you see in the IT corridors. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. Sandal Park Techno Solutions is basically just a bunch of us working on various tech projects. The office inside is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look polished for visitors. It’s a working space first and foremost. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the location, but we manage. We handle our own chores and keep the place running ourselves. There isn't a reception desk or a fancy waiting area, so if someone stops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. It is a very practical environment where the focus is just on getting the day's tasks finished. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just talk like normal people and do the work that is expected of us. It works for us.
