Our office is on the first floor of the Ephraim Crest Building, which is situated on AVK College Road. If you know the area, we are just behind the Sumukha Hotel. It’s a busy street with students and locals always walking by. We focus on farming and trees, which might seem a bit odd for an office in a building like this, but we need a central spot to handle the business side of things. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and the office itself is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet up. We aren't interested in looking polished or professional in a corporate sense. We just want a place where we can sit down and figure out the next steps for our farm projects. Often, you’ll find us with dirt still on our shoes because we’ve just come back from a site visit. There is always the sound of traffic from the road and the smell of food from the hotel nearby. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big marketing slogans. We just talk about the plants and the growth cycles and how the weather is affecting our work. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We handle the paperwork here and keep our minds on the trees out on the land. It’s a small, practical space for a team that prefers being outdoors and doing the actual planting work.
