We are located right on Sampige Road in Bhattarahalli, directly opposite the Patalamma Temple. If you hear the temple bells in the morning, you know we are already open. Samvrudhi Developers isn't a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We are just a local team working out of a plain office on a busy road. Developing land and building things takes a lot of patience, and we spend most of our time out in the sun looking at sites. There is always a lot of red tape and paperwork to handle, which usually piles up on the big wooden table we have in the back. The area around here is changing fast, with new houses going up everywhere you look. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes in. There is no point in using big words or making promises that we can't keep. People in Bhattarahalli appreciate that. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone with contractors and laborers. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that is part of the job. We aren't here to be the biggest company, just to do our work properly and go home to our families. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the weather or the material costs going up, but we just keep moving forward. That's the way it goes for a small business like ours.
