We operate out of Nayandahalli at number 104 in the Vinayaka Layout, right on the Main Road in ITI Layout. It is a spot that sees a lot of traffic because of the flyover and the main roads nearby. Our day usually starts very early, sometimes before the sun is even up, because that is when the first trips need to go out. We have a few cars and drivers that we manage from this small office. Most of our time is spent on the phone, talking to people who need to get to the airport or go on a trip out of town. The office itself is quite simple, just some desks and maps on the wall, and maybe a calendar that we use to keep track of bookings. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the address in the layout. Finding the Vinayaka Layout can be a bit of a challenge for some people because of how the roads are laid out around Nayandahalli, so we give a lot of directions over the phone. The cars need a lot of maintenance too, so there is always someone checking the oil or cleaning the interiors. It is a lot of waiting around for the next call and then rushing to make sure the vehicle is there on time. We just try to keep the cars running and make sure the drivers know the routes. It is a lot of work to keep everything on schedule with the Bangalore traffic.
