You can find us at 120, Malviya Nagar. This office has been our base for a while now. We deal with property stuff, mostly helping people find places or sorting out paperwork that usually confuses everyone. It’s not a very big space, just a few desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. The neighborhood is always active, so there’s a lot of foot traffic outside our door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for long. People drop by to ask about rentals or if we know anyone selling a plot nearby. We try to keep track of what’s happening in the local market without making it too complicated. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving where and what the current prices are looking like this month. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in the lane. Some days are slow, while others involve a lot of running around to the registrar's office. We just take it one client at a time and try to be clear about the details. It's a simple business run by people who live nearby. We usually have the radio playing and some tea for whoever comes in.
