Our place, Samhitha Innovations, is at No. 848, 4th Cross in the 1st Stage of Peenya Indl Estate. Peenya is a massive place and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the turns. We are in one of the smaller lanes where things are a bit quieter compared to the main roads. We spend our days working on different projects and trying to figure out how to make things work better. It’s a lot of trial and error in this kind of job. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard industrial unit with a heavy door. Inside, we have our equipment and a few desks where we sit and think. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There is no corporate vibe here; we just wear our regular clothes and get our hands dirty when we need to. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so there is always the sound of a machine running somewhere nearby. We have been in the 1st Stage for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. Coffee breaks are usually spent standing outside on the cross road just watching the trucks go by. It’s a practical life and we just focus on the work in front of us. No big speeches or goals, just finishing the next task on the list for the day.
