You can find Sam Systems & Services at 12 Kengal Hanumanthaiah Road, specifically in Tulsi Chambers over in Ellora Park. It’s a bit of a long address to write out on envelopes. The building is called Tulsi Chambers and it’s been there for quite a while. Our office is on the ground floor, which is lucky because the elevator is sometimes out of order. We handle systems and services, which basically means we fix computers and set up networks for people who find it all too confusing. The room is usually filled with old monitors and cables that we might need one day. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Vadodara is a busy place and this road sees a lot of traffic during the day. We get a lot of walk-ins, people with laptops that won't turn on or printers that are jammed. We don't use any fancy jargon to explain what's wrong; we just tell them what needs fixing and how much it’ll cost. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. I’ve been working with electronics since I was a kid, so this feels natural to me. My assistant, Rahul, is still learning but he’s getting better at soldering. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a few of us trying to help folks with their tech problems in the Ellora Park area. It’s a steady life and we plan on staying here for the long haul.
